For over a decade, I have been helping families and individuals with elder law and special needs issues as well as estate planning and administration. I enjoy helping my clients with the variety of issues that life presents and I am excited to join the Kemp Klein family. When I am not working, my wife and I are busy with our own family: two sets of twins, ages 5 and 2.
Brian R. Jenney joined Kemp Klein as Special Counsel August 1, 2011. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Special Needs Trusts, Estate and Income Taxes.
Jenney has been recognized as one of the State of Michigan’s Outstanding Young Lawyers in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Law in 2008, 2009 and 2010 with a “Rising Star” designation by the Michigan Super Lawyers. He was also named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in 2010 in the area of Elder Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and member and co-founder of the Brother Rice Warrior Bar Association.
