Don Gillis is Of Counsel to Kemp Klein and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, cable and telecommunications law, and municipal law.
He was General Counsel to the Intergovernmental Cable Communications Authority (1981-1999), and to the Western Oakland County Cable Communications Authority (1983-2002). He is also Special Counsel to a separate firm which represents a number of communities regarding cable communications. Additionally, Mr. Gillis was City Attorney for the City of Pleasant Ridge (1972-1999).
