Larry Snyder has devoted his career to helping people understand and resolve guardianship, conservatorship, trustee and estate issues in the courts. He counsels parents, guardians, conservators, family members and others about how to calmly address a variety of difficult life circumstances.
Mr. Snyder helps his clients sort through the paperwork and legalities that come with being a guardian, conservator, trustee or other involved party. As a certified mediator, Mr. Snyder often uses his negotiation skills to manage delicate situations. He also has decades of litigation experience representing clients in court.
In addition to his involvement in probate litigation, Mr. Snyder has handled a wide variety of other matters in court, including such issues as worker’s compensation and collections.
Mr. Snyder has been a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan in the Workers Compensation Division since 1994. He has served as a case evaluator for the Wayne County Probate Court since 1999. He is certified to mediate cases through the Oakland and Wayne County Probate Courts. He has lectured for the National Business Institute in the areas of probate law and procedure.
