Kemp Klein shareholder Tom Rauch is an experienced real estate attorney representing individuals, businesses and municipalities. In addition to his 25 years of law practice, Mr. Rauch uses his expertise as a registered architect, licensed real estate broker and former financial institution executive and city planner to help his clients strategize and negotiate business, real estate and financial matters.
He maintains an “AV” peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest peer review rating for attorneys. He was also selected for inclusion in the 2009 and 2010 issues of Michigan Super Lawyers magazine featuring the top 5% of attorneys in Michigan. He is also licensed to practice in both Michigan and Florida.
Mr. Rauch has lectured and been a presenter or panel participant before the Detroit Chamber of Commerce, the Michigan Society of Architects, the Construction Industry Council and the Michigan League of Savings Institutions. He has been an attorney title insurance agent in Florida for First American Title Insurance Company.
