Building on our successes of the last three years, The Kemp Klein Foundation will host its 4th Annual Charity Golf Outing at the beautiful Links of Novi Singh Golf Course in Novi, Michigan on Monday, September 8, 2025. Proceeds will benefit this year’s charity First Tee – Greater Detroit. Founded nationally in 1997, First Tee’s mission is “to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.” Through programming delivered at golf courses, elementary schools, and local youth centers, First Tee teaches participants valuable life skills including problem-solving, time management, teamwork, self-control, conflict resolution and improving relationships within family and community.

The mission of the Kemp Klein Foundation is to provide support to charitable organizations and promote volunteerism throughout the firm and community. Since its inception, the Foundation has contributed over $1,000,000 to hundreds of worthwhile causes which reflect our shared values. For more information about the Kemp Klein Foundation.

Contest Rules and Regulations: The first registered golfer to hit a hole-in-one (as defined by the USGA Rules of Golf) from the designated prize hole on 9/8/2025 will receive a two year lease on a Cadillac OPTIQ Luxury Level 1 (MSRP $55,264) courtesy of Cadillac of Novi. The images above reflect the general body style of the 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ and are used for promotional purposes. The final prize may be a different color or different trim level than those illustrated, however it will be the Luxury Level 1 trim. Winning contestant must be registered for the 2025 Kemp Klein Foundation Charity Golf Outing to be eligible. Winning contestant is responsible for taxes and title-related costs unless stated otherwise by Cadillac of Novi or J. Ryder Group.

Witness Requirement: Must be witnessed by at least two (2) of the other registered participants playing in the group of the registered participant making the attempt and at least two (2) official third party witnesses. One third party witness must be positioned at the green of the designated hole and one third party witness must be positioned at the tee box of the designated hole. An official third party witness is any individual, age 18 or older not participating in the actual event. Both third party witnesses must view each registered participant’s initial shot as well as the full and complete path of the ball until it comes to a complete stop.

Attempts: Only one attempt per contestant on the designated prize hole is permitted. Contestants are only eligible to win the prize the first time the contestant plays the target hole. Practice shots, mulligans or substituted shots for other contestants are not permitted.

On Monday, September 16th, 2024, Kemp Klein held the 3rd Annual Kemp Klein Foundation Charity Golf Outing at the Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Oxford, to benefit Forgotten Harvest, a charity that has been fighting hunger and food insecurity since 1990. Forgotten Harvest delivers 144,000 pounds of surplus food per day to local charities five days a week, providing families in need with fresh and nutritious food free of charge. At a time when many families are struggling to choose between food, fuel and rent, the importance of their work just can’t be overstated. Their work helps bridge the income gap for tens of thousands of people, allowing them to secure some basic life necessities for themselves and their family. The event raised $33,000 for Forgotten Harvest, which was be able to feed around 129,000 people.
