Kemp Klein Law Firm is named to Tier 1 for the categories of: Franchise Law, Litigation – Trusts & Estates and Municipal Law; Tier 2 for Antitrust Law, Environmental Law, Litigation – Tax, Tax Law, and Trusts and Estates, and Tier 3 for Corporate Law.

The “Best Law Firms in America” are chosen though a process of attorney reviews and votes with some weight given to recommendations from clients. To be included every firm must have at least one lawyer who is listed among the “Best Lawyers in America.” After this rigorous selection process only 6,983 firms were finally selected to receive Tier One national and/or metropolitan rankings.

The national first-tier rankings will be featured in U.S.News & World Report’s Money issue November 15, 2011; the national and metropolitan first-tier rankings are featured in the “Best Law Firms” standalone publication, which is available for distribution and in digital format; the rankings in their entirety are posted online at http://bestlawfirms.usnews.com.
