2009 Medicaid & Health Care Planning Update
Thomas V. Trainer will be a moderator (Plymouth only) and a presenter at this annual seminar put on by The Institute of Continuing Legal Education and co-sponsored by the Probate & Estate Planning Section and the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Trainer’s subject will be Practical Tips for Turbulent Times. Learn about the latest Medicaid developments, plus everything you need to know about Medicare Part D and homestead planning. Plus, learn to effectively draft “solely for the benefit of” trusts.

49th Annual Probate & Estate Planning Institute
Thomas V. Trainer will be a co-presenter at The Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s oldest and most popular program co-sponsored by the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Trainer will discuss Probate Litigation in the Shadow of the MTC. Topics covered will include: new notice requirements, litigation strategies to protect trustees, litigation strategies to protect beneficiaries, the impact on probate litigation, and litigating accountings.

These all day seminars will be held on:
  • Thursday, May 14 - Saturday, May 16, at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa,
